• Plot: Consisting of fourteen chapters, Robinson Crusoe tells the story of an intelligence agent by the name of Mala, played by actor Ray Mala (aka Ray Wise), who is sent toa tiny atoll in the Pacific called Clipper Island. The Polynesian detective is dispatched to investigate an apparent sabotage inflicted upon the island's airline base, bringing along with him Buck, his devoted dog, and Hank (William Newell), his trusty assistant. Once on the island Mala finds that he's up against natives who are suspicious of him and that he's targeted by a ring of enemy spies who want to keep their secret operation just that - secret. The villains have invented technology to manipulate the island's volcanoes at will, striking terror into the hearts of the populace. The natives believe that Mala is responsible and are hostile towards him. Meanwhile, to further complicate the plot, a tyrannical high priest, Porotu (John Piccori), is planning a hostile takeover of Princess Melani's kingdom. So now, not only must Mala bring down the spies' operation, he must maintain peace with the natives - all the while protecting the island from the evil clutches of Porotu.
