Plot: Though most do not watch Mario Bava films for their tightly constructed plots, this film still provided much of the inspiration for the first two FRIDAY THE THIRTEENTH films, as well as some of the actual scenes. The plot hinges on a bunch of murderous relatives who are all competing for position to inherit the estate of the matron of the family, which is mainly the bayside resort at which they are staying. However, a gaggle of teens show up and see a bit too much and, well, it becomes the BAY OF BLOOD...
