Ranger Jack Wedloe (Lois & Clark's Dean Cain) is having disiplinary problmes with his nephew, Mark (Reiley McClendon), who begins investigating the oil well's effects on the environment for an essay contest. Fog's daughter Ashley (Cody Welant) and Mark find more than they expected, because the drilling operations really just a cover for dumping toxic waste--especially a bear named Ben--by exposing Stryker's crooked doings.
