Julie (Isabelle Blais), une jeune célibataire naïve et idéaliste, est contrainte de remplacer Jeanne (Sylvie Moreau), sa sœur infidèle, dans l’appartement que cette dernière partage avec Noël (David Savard), son fiancé. À cause d’un horaire de travail incompatible, Jeanne et Noël ne se voient plus et communiquent par messages sous les aimants du frigo.
