Night Angel was directed Dominique Othenin-Girard (Halloween 5, Omen IV: The Awakening) with a screenplay by Joe Augustyn (Night of the Demons, Night of the Demons 2) and Walter Josten (Pucker Up and Bark Like a Dog).
