A motley trio of hardworking witches, they get mixed up in a royal mess when a murdered king's baby is entrusted to their care. They manage to set things right, but not beforealmost taking the rap for the evil doings they set out to quash. With nods to (and outright lifts from) Shakespeare and cameo appearances by the Marx Brothers and Charlie Chaplin, this is light entertainment with depth, sure to please audiences of all ages.
